The CCIB Convention Centre is Barcelona’s premier convention center and is located at the end of Avenue Diagonal. There are four hotels adjacent to the Convention Centre – AC Barcelona, Barcelona Princess, Diagonal Zero and the Hilton Barcelona.
Barcelona Airport airport is located 13 kilometres south east from Barcelona and 20 kilometres from the CCIB. The conference center is easily accessible by taxi or public transportation.

Additional Information:
- Each guest will be responsible for the room, tax, breakfast and all incidentals.
- Rates are quoted per night Euros and are inclusive of VAT (7%) and continental breakfast.
- Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
- Availability of rooms in each category is limited.
- Confirmations will be sent directly by the hotel via fax or email.
Deposit Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, one night deposit with a credit card is required (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Bank transfers will be accepted upon request.
The deposit will be charged by the hotel upon receipt of the reservation and posted to your hotel account. The one night deposit at the Hilton is a non-refundable deposit. For more detail on the hotel policies, including cancellation deadlines see the chart below:
