Registration Policies
By registering, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.
*REGISTRATION DEADLINES *
All registration and payments received now through 6 October 2008, the normal registration rate will apply. After 6 October 2008, you may register and pay the onsite fee. Delegates who register after 6 October 2008 may not have their names appear in the attendee roster distributed onsite.
* REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION *
Confirmations will be sent via email or fax (allow up to ten days for mailing if there is no fax number or email address indicated on your request).
* CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY *
Cancellation before 6 October 2008 - € 100.00 administrative fee
Cancellation after 6 October 2008 - 100% of the registration fee will be
forfeited.
Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. No refunds for optional events or education will be given. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply. This must be made in writing to the World of Health IT Registrar via email to registration@worldofhealthit.org.
*PAYMENT *
Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
* SECURITY *
For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non refundable airline tickets.
Should The World of Health 2008 Conference & Exhibition be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next event.
